Our approach

A farmer-first approach.

Listen carefully. Explain the range clearly. Keep the conversation open before and after a purchase.

01

We listen

Tell us about your animals, how many you keep and how you feed them today. Include your usual fodder, the packaged feed you use and any product you are considering, so the discussion starts with your actual farm.

02

We inform

We share clear information about the feed products we currently have available. Check the full name, product number, pack size and label details with us rather than choosing by bag colour alone.

03

We support

Questions after your purchase? Call or message us with the product name and your question. We can discuss product information and order details; animal-health concerns should go to a qualified livestock professional.

A thoughtful feed choice

Your farm comes first.
The feed choice follows.

Different animals and routines call for different conversations. We help you understand the available products without promising the same result for every herd.

Start with the whole ration

When discussing feed for your animals, include the fodder, grains and packaged feed already in use. A product name alone does not describe the complete daily ration.

Share your farm routine

Tell us the type and number of animals, their stage of growth or milk production, and your current feeding routine. This makes the conversation more specific to your farm.

Check the exact pack

Similar product names can refer to different variants. Confirm the full name, product number and bag size before ordering, and follow the instructions on the actual package.

From question to collection

A clear conversation.
A considered purchase.

Discuss an order
  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Share the full product name, how many bags you need and the animals you keep. If you are unsure, explain your current feed routine first.

  2. 02

    Confirm the details

Ask for the current price, available stock and pack size. For a larger order, discuss your required quantity and timing directly with our team.

  3. 03

    Agree the arrangements

Confirm collection or any delivery arrangements before making plans. Check that the name and size on the bags match the product discussed.

After purchase

Care for the feed,
not just the order.

These are general handling reminders. The instructions printed on your specific bag take priority.

Keep it dry

Store bags in a dry, covered space away from rain, moisture and direct sunlight. Keep feed off damp floors and away from chemicals.

Protect an opened bag

Close the bag after use and keep the storage area clean. Check feed for unusual smell, moisture or visible spoilage before feeding.

Read the label

Check the product name, pack weight and any date or handling information on the bag. Keep the packaging available when asking a product question.

Ask before changing

For ration quantities, changes in feed or an animal with health concerns, seek advice from a qualified local livestock professional rather than guessing.
